BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Come learn about Brevard’s earliest people, the Ais Indians, from a great lineup of speakers including:

• Joey the Taino will be giving a presentation on the similarities between the Taino Indians and the Ais Indians.

• Mark Jacobs will speak on the local biodiversity including the botany of the area and how the Indians used plants.

• Alan Brech, who has been leading a local archeology project, will talk about the archeology of the area and the evidence for an ancient occupation of Ais Indians.

 Includes presentation of what we can learn from these recent finds.

Come out and hear about the latest of the Ais Village Trail project.
