The Condor & The Eagle

-->

The Condor & The Eagle is a film that is must see for all of our people working for the protection of Mother Earth. I have seen this film and found it to be among the best. It was also an honor to meet Clement Guerra who together with his lovely wife Sophie are directors of this film. They have done an excellent job in highlighting the human struggle many communities are going through for clean air and water, and the ongoing threats towards all life that the big oil companies are causing.
Filmed in the verdant jungles of the Amazon (Ecuador and Peru), in Indigenous communities  viewers glimpse extraordinary beauty in the places, faces, and regalia of traditional people. The Indigenous heartfelt pursuit for self-discovery, self-reclamation, and a way of life, is chronicled as they build alliances around the world (in Peru, Ecuador, Paris, Washington and New York). With their eagle feathers in one hand and revolution in the other, they work to make known that a crime against Mother Earth is a crime against humanity.
This is an excellent film for all ages and should be seen by our all — Educators, environmentalists and all defenders of our scared Mother Earth.
Please be sure to go to the sneak preview of the film on Sunday October 7, 2018, at the
Anthology Film Archive Theater (32 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003).
Doors open 12:30 PM
Do not miss it and please support the endeavor for it to be shown worldwide! Mi gente the importance for each and everyone of us to do all we can in the protection of our Mother Earth can not be understated. Please support this film and all our environmental activist standing strong in spite of the many threats on their lives against this ongoing destruction of this our home Mother Earth.
