Re Thanksgiving Do not celebrate the lie :) Turn it around Celebrate truth :) and pass it on .

There are those who will do all they can to create chaos ,disruption and promote hate ...keep that to mind ... be aware but not fearful and do all you can to be a better human being:) Sharing a poem that made a world of difference for me when I was just a teenager and a rule I try really hard to follow ....and it has not and is not easy to do in the awful circle of hate being created by those who thrive on actions of hate 🙂 .... Poem is titled Abou Ben Adhem" is a poem written in 1834 by the English critic, essayist and poet Leigh Hunt. It concerns a Middle Eastern sheik who finds the 'love of God' to have blessed him.The poem ultimately argues that love of humankind is love of God—because people are God's creation. In essence, the poem is saying that anyone who claims to love God, without putting this into practice first through a love for their fellow human beings, doesn't really love God at all. I like to think from the perspective of what many of us in our family have been taught and hopefully have learned 🙂 and mind you that does not mean we do not fight back if we must but we fight back trusting the great Spirit has our back no matter how the battle against hate is. As such fear not for goodness truth and justice will prevail...no warrior of peace .love .brotherhood and understanding will ever win against the power of the Great Spirit 🙂 Be blessed family ...ok enough said here is the poem 🙂 by the way written in 1834 and the need to present it was in 1861 to US Congress was so important as US was involved in a CIVIL WAR ...

ABOU BEN ADHEM. Abou Ben Adhem (may his tribe increase!) Awoke one night from a deep dream of peace, And saw, within the moonlight in his room, Making it rich, and like a lily in bloom, An angel writing in a book of gold:— Exceeding peace had made Ben Adhem bold, And to the presence in the room he said, “What writest thou?”—The vision raised its head And with a look made of all sweet accord, “And is mine one?” said Abou. “Nay, not so,” Replied the angel. Abou spoke more low, But cheerily still; and said, “I pray thee then, “Write me as one that loves his fellow men.” The angel wrote and vanished. The next night It came again with a great wakening light And showed the names whom love of God had bless'd, And lo! Ben Adhem's name led all the rest.

May every day find you grateful familia for your Blessings because every day gives us a chance to do good and say Thank you ....unlike the false history of Thanksgiving that has been fed to us laced in lies. We must never forget that we can not celebrate a history of hate but we can celebrate what is good in our lives and in the world and do it via our actions 🙂

so Happy Turkey day donate something ( things you easily donate a smile, a good thought, etc)
Over and out Love you all 🪷❤️ Bibi Inaru :) "https://lifehacker.com/9-lies-we-were-told-about-the-first-thanksgiving-1849808182"
