Autumn Equinox 2013

Today when Bibi Maroya once again shows us  the magnificent fullness of her beauty and we enter into a new Fall season.
Bohío Atabei's Grandmothers Council  sends from the bottom of our hearts and the top of our souls Blessings to each and every one of you.

This is a good time for all of us to remember how important it is to,reconnect and realign our spirits with Earth Mother's love and generosity.
It is a good time to think of the goals we have accomplished together as a people and individually during the summer and the people who have helped us accomplish them.
Thank yourself for your efforts and thank each each other.

When you look at Grandfather  sun rising above you, shining bright for 12 hours and when you see him retreating and giving lite to Bibi Maroya so she can illuminate the skies during the 12 hours of darkness that follows,may you ponder on the importance of balance . May the beauty of this celestial event help you to  understand what steps you may need to take to achieve harmony in your life and with all life upon earth mother.


May all of you receive abundance, good health, happiness and the spiritual wisdom needed  in every aspect of your daily lives
May YaYa be with all of our people as well as all of our human and non human relatives born of  Earth Mothers womb.
May the Spirits of the Ancestors  celebrate dance, sing and chant with us in ceremony as we celebrate together in spiritual unity weather near or far away from our homelands the Autumn Equinox of 2013.
