Belated Full Moon message :) Nov 2018

                                                     Today November 27 ,2018
As we approach the month of December 2018, in the Caribbean
it means that we are closer  to the end of the active hurricane season.

This year, as we move forward and look to longer days of sunlight, we must not forget that in 2017 on September 20th hurricane Maria made landfall in the Caribbean. Severely hit by the strong winds of Hurricane Maria was Boriken ( aka Puerto Rico ) which suffered much destruction and tragedy. As well over 3,000 lives were lost and Boriken today as of November of 2018  is still in the process of what has become a lengthy and difficult recovery —but recover it will.
As such these thoughts bring me to Full Moon message I had intended for November 2018, but somehow in my busy schedule it never got done. In any case and however, it is never too late for each of us to look back at all the hurricanes in our lives during the past 11 months especially those that have brought about the strong winds of cleanings and change—those that have hurt our spirits.

In some cases, we have been severely wounded. We perhaps are still in recovery, but recover we must … and that by far is the biggest lesson we at times must remember. We must work to recover from whatever pain we have had to endure. We must respect ourselves enough to do what it takes to remove ourselves from environments that can produce negative and self defeating actions and thoughts.

Take charge of your attitude to life.
Focus on making things better and never allow self pity to take over.
Instead do not be afraid to say I do not know, I need help.
Be kinder to yourself than necessary .
Take time to smell the roses and pray for wisdom, not for things, because no matter
what the force of the wind is you must recover and you will.  Abrazos Bibi Inaru

Please sign on to our help list. May the Great Spirit guide us all.

SIGN ON TO OUR HELP LIST BOHIO ATABEI
We all need to contact our local politicians and ask them to intervene in what has the potential of becoming a very ugly situation at the Southern US border. Mr Trump is incapable of thinking humanely and or intelligently and we also have all kinds of crazies packing guns. A lot of these maniacs are running to the border like they are going on hunting trip.
If the Military is deployed may it be o contain the situation in a way where the lives of unarmed men ,women and children are safe. There has to be better way of handling immigration and for sure the governments of the countries many of these families are running away from also need to be held accountable. It almost seems as if the world is falling apart everywhere. Is mankind at the verge of totally self destruct. ???
As well calling out to all good people to open their hearts and if some of the families especially mothers with young babies who will need temporary housing to open up a space to help.
Here in east coast we can all give that some thought should any of these families need a little shot of help and love.
Please contact Bohioatabei@aol.com and let us know if we can add you to a list we are compiling of persons that can temporarily house a young family here in east coast tristate area with small children or an elder. Thank You so much

And let us all raise our voices in an out cry for human justice and compassion to prevail .
Again
Thank You :

The Condor & The Eagle

-->

The Condor & The Eagle is a film that is must see for all of our people working for the protection of Mother Earth. I have seen this film and found it to be among the best. It was also an honor to meet Clement Guerra who together with his lovely wife Sophie are directors of this film. They have done an excellent job in highlighting the human struggle many communities are going through for clean air and water, and the ongoing threats towards all life that the big oil companies are causing.
Filmed in the verdant jungles of the Amazon (Ecuador and Peru), in Indigenous communities  viewers glimpse extraordinary beauty in the places, faces, and regalia of traditional people. The Indigenous heartfelt pursuit for self-discovery, self-reclamation, and a way of life, is chronicled as they build alliances around the world (in Peru, Ecuador, Paris, Washington and New York). With their eagle feathers in one hand and revolution in the other, they work to make known that a crime against Mother Earth is a crime against humanity.
This is an excellent film for all ages and should be seen by our all — Educators, environmentalists and all defenders of our scared Mother Earth.
Please be sure to go to the sneak preview of the film on Sunday October 7, 2018, at the
Anthology Film Archive Theater (32 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003).
Doors open 12:30 PM
Do not miss it and please support the endeavor for it to be shown worldwide! Mi gente the importance for each and everyone of us to do all we can in the protection of our Mother Earth can not be understated. Please support this film and all our environmental activist standing strong in spite of the many threats on their lives against this ongoing destruction of this our home Mother Earth.
Thank you

Full Moon September 2018

Ladies, we are into the Scorpion moon and Bibi Maroya will stinging. Stepping quietly out she reminds us there will always be transitions and challenges that will present themselves to us in our lives. We must not perceive them as problems.
For challenges unlike problems are sacred opportunities that life gives us.

So like the scorpion look around you accept your challenges be fearless and determined. Exercise your independence and without being overly self-protective quietly say to yourself what needs protecting in my life. What caution must I take while accepting changes that may come my way so I may learn from them as well?
In this way you will help yourself to move forward, live your life with passion, and respect while growing in wisdom.

Remember that as long as there is enough moonlight present, scorpions will always glow in the dark
Have a beautiful full moon ceremony reflect .pray, sing, dance and glow with :) Bibi Maroya.
