Mi gente in our effort to do what we can to help earth mother Bohio Atabei has adopted a policy of non use of plastic or styroform plates,cups and or eating utensils at events we sponsor or promote.
We will from now ask that you bring your own non disposable plate,cup and eating utensil,to any event where we will serve food.If you contribute or bring food to an event we will ask that you do so in a non-disposable or biodegrable container.
Same for garbage bags we will request that you use paper bags whenever possible or cloth totes.
In this small way we can help to reduce waste and or the contamination of Earth mother,it also saves a few bucks.
This is something we hope all of our Taino and relative communities will consider and put into practice as well.
